2. Pick a Date & Time:
Use our online booking system to check available dates and times. Please note that sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only confirmed once the retainer is paid and the contract is signed.
3. Pay the Retainer:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer is required. This payment will go toward your total session cost and ensures your spot is reserved.
4. Sign the Contract:
After booking, you'll receive a contract to review and sign. This must be completed prior to your session to finalize the booking.
5. Session Confirmation:
Once the retainer is paid and the contract is signed, your session is officially confirmed! You will receive a confirmation email with the details and any preparation instructions for your shoot.

- High-Quality Edited Images: After each session, you’ll receive a selection of professionally edited, high-resolution images that can be printed, shared, and cherished for years to come.
- Composite Images- 2 fully customizable composite images featuring your athlete, their name, jersey number and team colors included.
- Priority Booking: As a Season Pass holder, you’ll enjoy priority scheduling to ensure that your sessions are booked at the best times for your athlete’s sports season.
- Print Credits: $200.00 in print credits to be used throughout the year on prints and other sports memorabilia of your athlete’s photos.
